Orange pecans

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• pecan halves - 4 c
• orange juice - 1/4 c
• orange rind - 1 Tbsp

How to make orange pecans:

Bring orange juice, orange rind and sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Stir in pecans and continue to cook. Stir until all syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat. Spread out on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
