  • sugar - 2 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
  • pecan halves
  • orange juice - 2 Tbsp
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • large pinch of salt - 1 item

How to make orange pecans:

Cook water, sugar and corn syrup together until it spins a thread. Remove from heat and add salt, orange juice and grated rind. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and beat until nuts separate with candy on them. Pour onto buttered platter.
