- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion mushroom or onion recipe soup mix - 1 item
How to make onion-roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In a large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking or roasting pan. Discard bag. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes aRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
