Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- all-purpose potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
