Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- olive or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix - 1 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired with chopped fresh parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
