How to make grilled corn:
Buy ears of corn in shucks and soak in water. When water is absorbed into shucks, place on a hot grill. Grill about 20 minutes on low heat. The heat causes the water to steam inside shucks and cooks the corn. Serve with butter and salt.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Corn.
