Ingredients/Components
- sifted flour - 2/3 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- butter room temperature - 1/4 c
- stuffed Spanish olives - 30 item
How to make olive puffs:
Combine all ingredients except for the olives and knead the dough. Pinch off pieces and flatten. Place an olive in the middle. Bring up the edges of the dough and roll between your hands to form balls with the olives inside. Arrange on baking sheet and freeze until ready to cook.
