  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • cold milk
  • carton Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • instant butterscotch pudding

How to make butterscotch dessert:

Mix margarine, flour and nuts. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread carton of Cool Whip over all. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
