Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 5 item
• granulated sugar
• milk - 1/4 c
• salt
• flour
• brown sugar
• baking powder
• baking soda
• oatmeal - 5 c
• shortening or margarine
• vanilla *

How to make oatmeal cookies:

*Or use cinnamon and nutmeg for spice cookies and raisins. For chocolate chip cookies, add 2 packages (12 ounces) each and 2 cups chopped nuts.

Mix all ingredients together. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
