Jello pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cold water - 1 c
- hot water - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- 1/2 sticks butter, softened - 1 item
- large box Jell-O - 1 item
- crushed pretzels thin - 2 c
- Cool Whip, defrosted - 8 oz
How to make jello pretzel salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Stir in cold water. Cool in refrigerator but do not jell. Blend pretzels, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooked pretzels. Add fresh fruit to Jell-O (optional) and pour mixture over cream cheese.
