Oatmeal cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• stick margarine - 1 item
• brown sugar - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• boiling water
• white sugar - 1 c
• quick oats - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Pour boiling water over oats and margarine. Let stand 20 minutes. Add sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
