Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 2 item
- unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- chocolate chip morsels - 3/4 c
How to make oatmeal cake:
Mix all ingredients together. Place by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Shape into a cookie with back of spoon. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
