Oatmeal cake

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 6 Tbsp
• coconut - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1/4 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
• large eggs - 2 item
• unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 c
• chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
• chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
• butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
• unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
• chocolate chip morsels - 3/4 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Place by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Shape into a cookie with back of spoon. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
