Norwegian apple pie

- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- diced apples - 1 c
- sugar half white, half brown - 3/4 c
How to make norwegian apple pie:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine dry ingredients. Stir well. Beat in egg and vanilla with whisk. Stir in apples. When mix becomes thick, spoon it into a buttered pie plate (8 or 9-inches) evenly. Sprinkle a little sugar on top. Bake 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
