Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• nuts optional - 1 item
• diced apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, apples and nuts. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a square 8-inch pan.
