Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sage - 1 tsp
- cottage cheese - 1 qt
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cheese, shredded - 1 c
How to make noodle strudel:
Cook noodles in salted water (1 teaspoon). Saute onion, celery and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients. Put into casserole and top with extra cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Healthy, 3 steps or less.
