Ingredients/Components
- ground round steak
- fat - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- can mushrooms and juice - 1 oz
- can mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1 item
How to make oriental beef casserole:
Saute meat in fat. Add next 7 ingredients, using only 1/2 cup of celery. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti and drain. Add sour cream, remaining celery and spaghetti to meat mixture and mix well. Put in a 14 x 9 x 2-inch casserole. Sprinkle top withRecipe categories: Casseroles, Ground beef, Beef.
