  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • hamburger
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/3 c
  • noodles - 8 oz
  • small can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • green onion, chopped - 1/3 c

How to make potluck casserole:

Cook noodles. Simmer hamburger, onion, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cream in blender the cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add chopped pepper and green onion. Layer noodles, meat and cheese sauce. Top with grated cheese and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
