- milk - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
- lemon instant pudding - 1 pkg
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl
How to make lemon pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 20 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool and add glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. oil Blend all ingredients together. Add more sugar to thicken or liquid to thin for desired consistency.
