Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- to 8 pieces chicken - 6 item
- 1/2 cans cold water - 1 item
- box long grain and wild rice with herbs - 1 item
How to make no peek chicken:
Lightly grease casserole dish. Mix first 6 ingredients together (rice and herbs in dry form).Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover and seal with foil. Bake at 325° to 350° for 2 1/2 hours.
This recipe expands easily but "don't peek".
