- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground ham - 2 lb
- Sauce:1 c
How to make ham balls:
Mix, form balls.Sauce:1 c. tomato juice plus water to make 1/2 inch in pan1 c. brown sugar3/4 c. vinegar2 tsp. dry mustard2 Tbsp. catsup salt and pepper Put in oven in pan at 350°, glass dish at 325°. Baste once or twice. Bake about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Beef.
