  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped onions - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 tsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 1/2 lb
  • ground round - 2 lb

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix well. Shape into 2 ounce balls. Bake in 400° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
