- cream cheese - 12 oz
- milk - 3 c
- 9-inch graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
- lemon instant pudding mix
How to make no bake lemon cheesecake:
Prepare a graham cracker or vanilla cookie crust in a 9-inch pie pan; cool.Stir softened cream cheese until smooth. Blend in 3/4 cup milk. Add remainder of milk and contents of package of pudding. Beat until blended, about 1 minute. Pour into crust. Chill at least 1 hour.
