Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• powdered sugar - 1/4 c
• hot water - 1 c
• oleo, melted - 1/4 lb
• lemon jello - 1 pkg
• Dream Whip or Cool Whip - 2 pkg
• or more double graham crackers, crushed - 15 oz

How to make cheese cake:

Combine graham crackers, oleo and powdered sugar. Mix well and line pan with the crumbs, reserving a few for the top.

Mix jello and hot water and let it cool (not set). Cream the cream cheese and sugar; set aside. In another bowl, whip the Dream Whip or use Cool Whip. Combine cheese and jello mixtures and the whipped cream. Beat well. Pour in crumb crust. Top with crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
