  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • 1/2 pt - 1 c
  • carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
  • fresh strawberries for garnish - 1 item

How to make no bake cheesecake:

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
