  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • lard or 1 3/4 c

How to make never fail pie crust:

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl; cut in lard. Beat egg until fluffy. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Add to flour mixture. Press into a ball.
