  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 5 c
  • cold water - 1 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • Crisco

How to make pie crust:

Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Place the egg in a 1 cup measuring cup and beat. Add vinegar and water to almost fill 1 cup. Sprinkle gradually over dry ingredients and toss with a fork. This makes 3 (9-inch) 2 crust pies.
