Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • ice water - 5 Tbsp

How to make never fail pie crust:

Combine flour and salt. Work in shortening. Add vinegar and egg. Add ice water.

Note: Makes 4 to 5 small crusts. Freezes well.
