Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 qt
- cider vinegar - 2 qt
- mustard - 6 Tbsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- cucumbers - 5 qt
How to make mustard pickles:
Wash cucumbers; lower with brine solution made by mixing water and salt. Let stand 24 hours. Bring to boil in same solution. Drain.Recipe categories: Low protein, Lunch/snacks, Vegetables.
