Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 4 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • gingersnaps - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
  • can pumpkin pie filling - 1 oz
  • small pumpkin - 1 item

How to make pumpkin dip:

Combine confectioners sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl; beat until well blended. Add cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin pie filling; mix well. Chill until serving time. Slice off top of pumpkin. Cut out center, leaving shell. Place cold dip in pumpkin shell. Serve with gingersnaps.

Note: This makes a pretty centerpiece when fall foilage is arranged around pumpkin.
