Pumpkin dip
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- gingersnaps - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- can pumpkin pie filling - 1 oz
- small pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin dip:
Combine confectioners sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl; beat until well blended. Add cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin pie filling; mix well. Chill until serving time. Slice off top of pumpkin. Cut out center, leaving shell. Place cold dip in pumpkin shell. Serve with gingersnaps.Note: This makes a pretty centerpiece when fall foilage is arranged around pumpkin.
