Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 tsp
  • cornflake crumbs - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cinnamon - 1 item
  • can pear halves - 1 item
  • Cool Whip or ice cream to garnish - 1 item

How to make pear crunch:

Drain pears, reserving liquid. In casserole, place each half of pear. Sprinkle each with your crumb ingredients (combine brown sugar, cornflake crumbs, cinnamon and butter). Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Add liquid. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
