Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mushrooms - 1 qt
- good, rich stock, veal or chicken
How to make mushroom soup:
Wash and peel 1 quart mushrooms; cut into dice. Stir into them 1 1/2 quarts of good rich stock, veal or chicken. Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour creamed with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
