Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
- Cheddar cheese, cubed - 8 oz
- box mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
How to make mushroom salad:
Mix mushrooms, cheese and green onion together. Then mix the oil, vinegar and Cavender's Greek seasoning for dressing. After mixing well, pour over mushroom mixture. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Mushroom.
