Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1/4 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- can each: garbanzo, waxed yellow, green and kidney beans - 1 item
- thinly sliced carrots, boiled 3 minutes crispy - 2/3 c
- small red onion, thin sliced in rings - 1 item
- celery, thin sliced - 1/2 c
- sliced green pepper - 1/2 c
How to make four bean salad:
Warm vinegars together and add sugar, salt, garlic and black pepper. Add oil and mix. Pour over vegetables and marinate overnight.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, North american.
