Mushroom rice
Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- large onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- margarine 1 stick - 1/4 lb
- rice before cooking - 2 c
How to make mushroom rice:
Make rice according to package directions. Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender. In large casserole, combine cooked rice, mushrooms and onions and soy sauce. (Add more soy sauce to taste.) Mix well. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
