Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- cayenne pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make mushroom casserole:
Wash and slice mushrooms. Blend butter, parsley, onion, mustard, salt, cayenne, nutmeg and flour. Lay mushrooms in casserole. Pour cream over all. Bake in uncovered dish for 55 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Low Carb.
