Ingredients/Components

• Cool Whip - 8 oz
• miniature marshmallows - 1 c
• pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
• can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 oz
• coconut optional - 1 item
• instant pistachio pudding mix
• Mandarin oranges optional - 1 item

How to make watergate salad:

Stir dry pudding mix into pineapple; mix well. Blend/fold in Cool Whip and other ingredients. Chill and serve.
