Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- ripe banana, mashed - 1 item
How to make monkey bars:
Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Spread nuts on top. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top while still hot. Cool and cut into bars.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Low sodium.
