Mom's pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 t
- salt - 1/2 t
- light corn syrup
- pecan halves - 1 c
- butter, melted and cooled - 1 T
How to make mom's pecan pie:
Preheat oven to 400°. In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Spread pecans on bottom of 9-inch pie shell; cover with filling. Place in oven and reduce oven temperature down to 350°.
