- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- water - 2 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- finely chopped apples - 2 c
- butter or margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c
- sifted Martha White self-rising flour
How to make mom's apple cobbler:
Heat oven to 350°. Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or sheet cake pan. In a saucepan, heat sugar and water until sugar melts.
