  • flour - 3 4
  • nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • ginger - 1 Tbsp
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 1/2 c
  • baking molasses - 1 c

How to make molasses cake:

Mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
