Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- pkg - 1 oz
- green tomatoes, grind and drain off juice
How to make mock raspberry jam:
Boil tomatoes for 10 minutes with sugar. Add jello. Simmer slowly 20 minutes more. Seal in jars and refrigerate. Makes 3 small jelly jars.This is a Sam Reed recipe.
