Mock raspberry jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- raspberry jello - 1 or
- ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 4 c
- black raspberry jello - 1 Tbsp
How to make mock raspberry jam:
Combine tomatoes and sugar and boil gently, approximately 15 minutes, stirring often. Add jello and cook 10 minutes longer. Continue to stir. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Process in boiling water or use paraffin wax on top.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Tomato, Jams and preserves.
