Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- to 10 slices bacon - 8 item
How to make mock filet mignon:
Mix and shape patties. Wrap bacon around (close bacon ends with toothpick). Broil until well done. Yield: 6 patties.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Bacon.
