Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • unsifted flour - 1-1/2 c
  • chocolate syrup - 1/3 c
  • strong coffee - 2/3 c
  • real mayonnaise - 1/2 c

How to make mocha cake:

In an 8x8-inch baking, mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; stir.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
