  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda
  • soft butter - 2/3 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • instant coffee - 2 tsp
  • chocolate instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • Dust with cocoa

How to make mocha cake:

Grease 2 (9-inch) round layer pans. Dust with cocoa. Blend all ingredients at low speed. Put mixer on high and beat 4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool layers in pans for 10 minutes.Frosting:1 c. milk1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding1 Tbsp. instant coffee1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Blend milk, instant pudding and coffee with Cool Whip. Frost cooled layers.
