- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda
- soft butter - 2/3 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (8
- instant coffee - 2 tsp
- chocolate instant pudding - 1 pkg
- Dust with cocoa
How to make mocha cake:
Grease 2 (9-inch) round layer pans. Dust with cocoa. Blend all ingredients at low speed. Put mixer on high and beat 4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool layers in pans for 10 minutes.Frosting:1 c. milk1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding1 Tbsp. instant coffee1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Blend milk, instant pudding and coffee with Cool Whip.
