Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- all-purpose flour
- dash of salt - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Let cool
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt together sugar, margarine and cocoa. Let cool. Add to cooled mixture: eggs one at a time, all-purpose flour, salt, pecans and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. While hot cover cake with marshmallows.Icing:1/2 stick margarine1/3 c. cocoa1/2 c. milk1 box powdered sugar Mix together.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
