  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • small can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
  • instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
  • nuts pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • box Butter Recipe cake mix - 1 item
  • Fold in oranges, coconut and nuts

How to make mandarin orange cake:

Mix cake. Fold in oranges, coconut and nuts. Bake at 350°.Icing:1 large bowl Cool Whip instant vanilla pudding mix1 small can crushed pineapple, drained Fold instant pudding mix into Cool Whip. Do not use mixer. Add pineapple.
