Ingredients/Components
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- sliced nuts optional - 1/2 c
- can pie filling peach, cherry, blueberry - 1 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sugar - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make miniature cheesecakes:
You will also need 24 cupcake liners.Line cupcake pans with liners. Place vanilla water in bottom of each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 375° oven 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon nuts. Chill.
