Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chili sauce
  • grape jelly - 1 c
  • lean ground beef - 1 lb
  • Italian style dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • favorite steak sauce - 2 c

How to make mini meatballs:

Optional:1 c. chili sauce1 c. grape jelly2 c. favorite steak sauce Mix all ingredients, except oil, sauce and jelly. Roll into 1-inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in oil for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and drain oil. Either add your favorite sauce to pan or mix grape jelly and chili sauce. Stir until jelly melts. Add meatballs and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, covered.
