Mini meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili sauce
- grape jelly - 1 c
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- Italian style dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- favorite steak sauce - 2 c
How to make mini meatballs:
Optional:1 c. chili sauce1 c. grape jelly2 c. favorite steak sauce Mix all ingredients, except oil, sauce and jelly. Roll into 1-inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in oil for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and drain oil. Either add your favorite sauce to pan or mix grape jelly and chili sauce. Stir until jelly melts.
