Ingredients/Components
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Bacardi light rum
- pressed clove garlic - 1 item
How to make mini meatballs:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Add ground beef. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake at 300° for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Serve with wooden picks.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ground beef.
